By using SunPath, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

SunPath calculates solar positions and light windows for planning purposes. Results can be affected by location accuracy, terrain, buildings, weather, device sensors, and other conditions. Always verify real-world conditions. Never look directly at the sun or rely on SunPath for safety-critical navigation.

SunPath Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown before purchase and payment is charged to your Apple Account. Access can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account. Refund requests and payment disputes are handled by Apple.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law, or use SunPath for unlawful activity.

The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. SunPath does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate results and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of planning estimates.

These terms may be updated. The current version and effective date are always available here and in the app. You may stop using SunPath at any time.
